Dev Sheet ("we," "us," or "our") operates the mobile application Dev Sheet (the "App") and the website https://devsheet.netlify.app (the "Website"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of data when you use the App and the Website and the choices you have associated with that data.

Dev Sheet reports what public data shows about Solana token deployers — it is not an accusation, a scam score, or affiliated with Jupiter.

1. Information Collection and Use

We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve the App to you.

  • No account required: Dev Sheet does not require registration and does not ask for your name, email address, or phone number.
  • Wallet data: When you connect a wallet using the Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter, your wallet address is used to display your identity and balance and to prepare swap transactions you initiate. Connecting and signing happen on your device; we never receive your private keys or seed phrase, and the App is non-custodial.
  • Watchlist data: Tokens you star are stored on your device only. They are not uploaded to us.
  • Technical request data: Requests the App makes to our backend necessarily include technical data such as your IP address, device type, and operating system version, which our hosting provider may process in server logs.
  • Public blockchain data: The App displays publicly available Solana blockchain and token data sourced from public APIs (including Jupiter's public tokens v2 fields). This is public data about tokens and deployer addresses — not personal data collected from you.
  • Blockchain data: As a non-custodial application built on Solana, your wallet address and transaction data are publicly recorded on the blockchain.

2. Use of Data

Dev Sheet uses the collected data for various purposes:

  • To provide and maintain the Service, including the rolling 24-hour window of launches and deployer data.
  • To respond to requests you initiate from the App, such as token searches, quotes, balances, and swap preparation.
  • To monitor the usage of the Service and to detect, prevent, and address technical issues.
  • To facilitate trading activities you choose to conduct on the Solana blockchain through your own wallet.
  • To notify you about changes to our Service by posting updates on this Website.

3. Data Transfer and Storage

Technical request data may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, or country where the data protection laws may differ. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. The Dev Sheet backend keeps a rolling in-memory window of public token data; we do not maintain user accounts or personal profiles.

4. Disclosure of Data

We may disclose data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:

  • To comply with a legal obligation.
  • To protect and defend the rights or property of Dev Sheet.
  • To prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service.

We also rely on service providers (such as hosting and content-delivery providers) who process limited technical data on our behalf to operate the Service.

5. Security of Data

The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect data processed by the Service, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. Dev Sheet is non-custodial: it never stores your private keys or seed phrase.

6. Blockchain Transactions

Please be aware that all transactions conducted through the App are recorded on the Solana blockchain and are publicly visible. Your wallet address and transaction history may be accessed by anyone with access to the blockchain. Every transaction is approved by you in your own wallet; Dev Sheet cannot reverse transactions.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top.
